A Copy of Baptismal and First Communion Certificates
$50.00 Dollar deposit
Parish registration number

First Shift 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Second Shift 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Registration Requirements for the CCD Program

This is the commitment that is required of all Children.
1. Attend mass every Sunday and festive days.
2. Participate in all the activities the parish organize.
3. Children must attend the classes and be on time. Only 3 absences are allowed with a written excuse.
4. Parents are responsible for helping your child complete homework assignments as it part of the learning process.
5. Children must attend class with their book, or they must obtain another one in the office.
6. Without the book they cannot attend class.
7. All parents must keep in touch with your child’s catechists to be aware of their program and to know if the child is having any problems.
8. Attend all meetings that you are invited to from the parish.
