1st Grade

 

This year's group of 1st graders are working as hard as ever to make the grade. This year promises to be as much fun as it is educational with Ms. K in charge.

Miss Koeune is currently in her first year teaching at Epiphany School. In December of 2004 she graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Since then she has taught in Schaumburg in a Pre-K classroom and then in Northbrook where she taught K-2 students with special needs. Teaching is her passion and she is extremely thrilled to be teaching here at Epiphany School. Her future plans include going back to school to receive her Master's degree in Special Education. Miss Koeune is currently planning to be married this February and taking on the new name of Mrs. Koulentes! Congrats!
