School News Letter
May 4, 2007
Enrollment News for 2007-08: If you have not yet registered
and do plan to return to Epiphany School for the next school year please
contact the school office by May 11th. Our enrollment
numbers influence the financial picture and the number of teachers we
will be needing. If we do not hear from you
by the 11th we will assume that you are not planning to have
your students attend Epiphany School for the 2007-08 school year and
will prepare the needed transfer papers for you. However, we do want
you to return. Your children are the reason for our being here.
New
Family incentive: We are continuing this incentive for our
present families who are able to bring in a
new family for our Kindergarten through Grade 8. This incentive does
not include enrollment for the Preschool. A credit of $160.00 will be
applied October 5, 2007. The new family must register and show up in
order for you to receive this credit.
Transportation Reimbursement: If you live 1.5 miles from
school you are entitled to claim a transportation reimbursement from the
State. Please stop in the school office and sign up for this
reimbursement. The last day to register for this is June 1st.
Science
Fair: Mr. Filipiak, our Science teacher, and the Junior High
Students have prepared a display of their science projects. Tuesday,
May 8th from 10-11am and
12-2PM. See the advertisement for this wonderful
event.
Annual
Fund Fest: Friday, May 18th is our annual Field
Day. The teachers have planned activities for the morning. We will
serve a picnic lunch at 11:30 and invite you to join us. Please call
the school office to indicate your attendance at this picnic so that we
may have enough food. Feel free to donate a dish of your favorite
picnic food to this event. If you wish you may take your children home
with you after lunch otherwise they will be dismissed at the regular
time of 2:35PM.
Final
Tuition and Fees Payment: The final payment of tuition and
fees is due by May 11th. After that date we will accept only
cash or money orders. Your cooperation regarding this is vital to our
financial health.
Epiphany-St. Paul Kids’ Garage Sale is Saturday, May 12th,
from 8AM to 1PM at St. Paul of the Cross School in Park Ridge.
Volunteers are needed for Friday evening to set up the sale and then
throughout Saturday. Please call Mrs. Martinez to volunteer for this
fund raiser.

which
comes to us through Jesus, our resurrected Savior.
