CHILD ABUSE/NEGLECT ALLEGATIONS

School personnel, by law, are mandated reporter of allegations/suspicions of child abuse/neglect and must make reports to the Department of Children and Family Services whenever such circumstances appear to exist.

REPORTING CHILD ABUSE

By law, the State of Illinois requires school personnel to inform the Department of Children and Family Services of any allegation/suspicion of child abuse/neglect.
