CONFERENCES (Parent-Teacher)

Parents will be scheduled for two formal Parent-Teacher Conference each year. The conferences will take place at the end of the lst marking period and the end of the 2nd marking period. (See School Calendar for dates.) These conferences are intended to:

1. Inform parents of their child’s progress: academic, social, and spiritual
2. Share information relating to other areas that may help both parent and teacher meet the needs of the students.

If parents wish to confer with teachers at other times during the school year, they are encouraged to make an appointment in advance for a conference before or after school.

* Generally, no conferences are to be held on school time.
