EMERGENCY NUMBERS

It is very important for the school office to have up-to-date emergency information on every student.

Please notify the school immediately if there are any changes during the school year in:

1. Home phone number
2. Place of employment
3. Change of address
4. Emergency number of relative or neighbor. These are the only persons, other than the parent or guardian who would be permitted to take a child out of school in an emergency or for any early dismissal.
