TRANSFERS

Any parent transferring his/her child from Epiphany School to another school must come to the school office to fill out a Transfer Release Form at least two weeks before the transfer to the respective receiving school is to be made. At that time a $10.00 fee is to be paid (per child) which will cover all paperwork involved and postage fees. After the child’s last day of school his/her file (including medical files) will be directly mailed to the receiving school.

* No files will be sent out without the parent/guardian following the above procedures.
