FIRST COMMUNION
Child must be 7 years or older
Kindergarten through 8th Grade
You must bring:
A Copy of Baptismal Certificate of the Child
Parish registration number
$100 donation plus $20 per student if registered and within the parish boundaries.
$200 donation plus $20 per student if not registered and outside the parish boundaries.
CONFIRMATION
3rd through 8th Grade
You must bring:
A Copy of Baptismal and First Communion Certificates
Parish registration number
$100 donation plus $40 per student if registered and within the parish boundaries.
$200 donation plus $40 per student if not registered and outside the parish boundaries.

Registration Requirements for the CCD Program
This is the commitment that is required of all Children:
- Attend mass every Sunday and festive days.
- Participate in all the activities the parish organize.
- Children must attend the classes and be on time. Only 3 absences are allowed with a written excuse.
- Parents are responsible for helping your child complete homework assignments as it part of the learning process.
- Children must attend class with their book, or they must obtain another one in the office.
- Without the book they cannot attend class.
- All parents must keep in touch with your child’s catechists to be aware of their program and to know if the child is having any problems.
- Attend all meetings that you are invited to from the parish.
